This year Perth’s Longest Lunch promises an unrivalled gastronomic experience that showcases the finest produce from the Southern Forest region, in the hands of one of WA’s finest and most imaginative chefs.

Each course will be paired with an outstanding Western Australian wine.

We know that the simplest of things, done exquisitely, can deliver the most exceptional of results.

Olive oil poached marron, persimmon, finger lime, cucumber.

Vegetable Course

Beetroot fondant, roasted carrot skordalia, grilled baby leek, rosemary crisp, green olive, purple spouts


South West lamb, mountain pepper, rosella and baked onion puree, quandong curd, samphire.

Main Course

Roasted venison, chestnuts, glazed kohl rabi, pumpkin, brussel sprouts, sweet and sour plum. 


Chocolate sphere, hot chocolate, roasted hazelnut and fig ice cream. 


Camembray, Blackwood blue, SV pears, vanilla, port, pickled apricots.
